Colin McWhinnie, President, SalesXperts

Colin McWhinnie has developed a reputation in the Technology industry as someone who produces sales results. Colin started his own firm Telepath Consulting in 1997, followed by his consulting company SalesXperts in 2004. He has found a real niche in helping high-tech companies develop scalable and replicable sales processes for their products and services.

His clients have ranged from large organizations such as Oracle, Bell and Sun Microsystems, to over 100 emerging technology companies at all stages of their lifecycle to help them “cross the chasm”. His Solution Marketing programs benefits technology firms across a wide spectrum including Software Applications, Hardware, Professional Services and Telecommunications.

Colin has a business degree from the UWO. He is well known for his professional speaking and training programs. He has done a monthly sales training seminar with over 1000 entrepreneurs in the last 10 years, was Vice President of the Sales and Marketing Executives, is a member of the Advisory Board of the British Columbia Institute of Technology, and does corporate fundraising for a variety of charities.


Ingo Seibert

In his more than 17 years of high tech experience Ingo has contributed tech management expertise to companies in a range of businesses from computer manufacturing to electronics retailing. Ingo was the VP of Sales and Marketing and then Chief Operating Officer for Seanix Technology. Ingo was one of the key managers who led  Seanix to become Canadas largest computer manufacturer with $150 million in sales, a reseller network from coast to coast and a significant share of the Canadian educational and government markets. Ingo has proven experience in channel strategy and development for high tech products.
Ingo was one of the leading team members in the acquisition of A&B Sound by Seanix Technology in 2003. He then led the retail operations for A&B Sounds 18 locations and over saw the opening of 4 new locations.
Extensive experience in all areas of organizational management provide the foundation for Ingos ability to understand all aspects of a company in formulating progressive ideas, analyzing the markets and translating that analysis (quantitative and qualitative) into meaningful sales strategies, product marketing, growth plans, and operational requirements. Known for his ability to execute on initiatives Ingo also provides significant experience in project management and resource planning. An in-depth understanding of all aspects of accounting, revenue and cost management combined with his market knowledge, enabled him to develop a comprehensive understanding of the internal and external environments in fast paced businesses.

Della Ratcliffe

Della Ratcliffe is a solution-focused executive coach and supply chain consultant.  She has expertise in global supply chain optimization, creating and managing lean, efficient organizations in industries such as oil & gas, consumer packaged goods and pharmaceuticals, especially in a post-merger environment. Her technical expertise includes supplier management, sourcing, outsourcing, cost reduction, metrics design, operations management and project management. She has worked in the non-profit sector, government and with Fortune 500 companies such as Procter & Gamble, Pillsbury and Pfizer. 

As an executive coach, she leads the development of high-performing value-based organizations, aligning the vision and goals of the corporation with the performance and goals of management and staff through executive, individual and group coaching.

In addition to her corporate work, Della has experience as a senior arts administrator and artists’ manager, and has managed both Canadian and British arts organizations.

She also worked at The Financial Times of London where she developed her love of writing.She is an active volunteer with several charities and is currently on the Board of Directors of Pi Theatre, celebrating more than 20 years of “theatre by design” in Vancouver, BC.
